Electricians — top professionals

Choose your city

Electricians holding a carnet de instalador autorizado (basic or specialist) are the only ones who can sign the Boletín de Instalador — the document you need to get electricity connected or increase your contracted power. No boletín, no connection.

A full installation in an 80 m² flat runs €3,000-€5,500 depending on material quality (socket brand, circuit breakers, super-immunised RCDs, etc.).

Frequently asked questions

How much to replace the electrical panel?

A modern panel with RCDs and main breaker, REBT-compliant: €400-€900 labour plus materials. With a full circuit upgrade: €1,500-€3,500.

When is the boletín eléctrico mandatory?

New installation, contracted-power upgrade, and major modifications. Only a licensed installer with a current REBT certificate can sign it. Without it, the utility company won't connect you.

Self-employed electrician or firm?

Licensed self-employed: great for faults, extra points and panel swaps. Firm: better for whole-project work combining lighting, home automation and city-hall legalisation. Both must issue invoices.
